We want to say to you:Are you already numb to the monotonous routine of the same old daily commute?Life feels uninspired, and even the air you breathe seems second-hand.If given the chance, would you be willing to change all of this? This change isn’t about escaping via a long vacation, but rather, about resetting and rebirth.

At 9:00 AM on September 13, 2016, the 6th Asia Bike Show officially kicked off.

After three editions of outdoor demo days, this riding event has become hugely popular for gathering the season’s hottest professional bikes and offering an unparalleled hands-on riding experience. This year, not only has the much-loved demo event been moved indoors for the first time (@ Hall 7, Nanjing Expo Center), but it has also been extended from one day to three days, running concurrently with the show at the same venue. The event has evolved from Demo Day to Demo Days, establishing the nation’s first large-scale indoor bicycle testing ground. Mr. Li Hao, Project Director of the Asia Bike Show, said: “The revamped demo event offers professional visitors and cycling enthusiasts a longer, more in-depth riding experience over three days. On the final public day of the show, the demo will also be open to the general public, with user feedback going directly to brands for more direct interaction. We hope every visitor to the Asia Bike Show can enjoy themselves to the fullest.”

This year’s demo days feature three difficulty levels of dirt mountain bike trails — beginner, intermediate, and advanced. With precisely designed slopes, a unique dirt jump racing zone, as well as road and e-bike test tracks, there’s something for everyone. Renowned professional bike brands such as Cannondale (featuring the aluminum-frame champion CAAD12 105), CUBE (showcasing Europe’s new darling — hybrid bikes), Merida (with the ultra-light SCULTURA Superlite LTD, weighing just 4.5KG, one of the world’s lightest production bikes), NORCO (bringing the Gravel Bike model Search for test rides), Specialized (Asia-exclusive first launch and demo of the ROUBAIX), Santa Cruz (the V10 27.5 full-carbon model, DH World Cup champion and World Championship runner-up), Thule (sport strollers), XDS (20th anniversary edition), and more will be on-site offering test rides. Additionally, the demo days will host four side activities: a Youth Fun Cycling Challenge to promote healthy cycling knowledge, the fun and low-barrier “Pedal Fury” challenge, the creative “Cola Ride,” and the intense Wheel God PK Challenge to satisfy the competitive spirit of seasoned riders.

Different ways to ride, just for different you and me. Discover more 2017 new models on test at the all-new Demo Days.

Still buzzing from the Rio Olympics, where the Chinese women’s duo Gong Jinjie and Zhong Tianshi claimed China’s first-ever Olympic gold in cycling? Well, the champions themselves are bringing their race bikes to the Asia Bike Show to meet their fans, with a fan appreciation event scheduled for September 14 at the show. Their bikes — the French LOOK R96 — were custom-built secret weapons tailored for China’s track cycling team heading to the Olympics. The Olympic-spec SPECIALIZED TORCH COLLECTION will also make its debut at this year’s Asia Bike Show. Beyond its impressive performance, this series features paint that changes color with temperature: flame orange below 22°C and bright yellow above. In addition, popular models like the 700Bike urban smart bike series, BH’s G7 Disc, LAPIERRE’s 70th Anniversary global limited edition, LOOK’s 795 30TH, and 795 Maserati — all hot contenders from the Tour de France — await your discovery. As the industry’s trendsetter, the Asia Bike Show is the premier stage for the latest releases and cutting-edge innovations in the sports cycling market.

Here, you can interact directly with technicians from brands such as 3T, CANNONDALE, CUBE, KS, KMC, LAPIERRE, LOOK, MAVIC, PEARL iZUMI, SHIMANO, and SRAM, supporting the growth of bike shops.

The Asia Bike Show Industry Summit (September 14, @ Stage 9A) gathers industry hot topics, inviting experts from inside and outside the industry to discuss issues such as event IP, e-commerce O2O, sports services, and product trends, seeking new perspectives. This summit continues its partnership with LeSports, broadcasting live online.

Shortly after the conclusion of Eurobike, the 2015 China Sports Bicycle Industry Report was also unveiled for the first time in China on the morning of September 13, the opening day of the show. A year-long data survey culminates in an industry trend analysis that’s definitely worth looking forward to.
