On October 29, the China Orienteering Open · Beijing Shunyi Sub-Station Tournament and the World Orienteering Elite Tour, jointly organized by the Aviation Radio Model Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of China and the Chinese Orienteering Association, co-hosted by the Shunyi District Mountaineering Association, Beijing Longwan Sports Culture Co., Ltd., and Beijing Leenjia Industry Sports Development Co., Ltd., and co-organized by the Popularization and Development Committee of the Chinese Orienteering Association, Beijing Yazhong Century Sports Development Co., Ltd., and Beijing Sanfo Outdoor Sports Management Co., Ltd., kicked off in Wucui Qianshan, Shunyi District. A total of 1,166 athletes from 15 provinces and cities across the country participated in this event.
