The 2016 Anyemaqen Scientific Expedition Team of the Peking University Mountain Eagle Society held a warm and insightful scientific report meeting. The event was graced by the presence of Qian Junwei, Director of the Mass Sports Office of the Department of Physical Education and advisor to the Mountain Eagle Society, Zhao Chunjian, Vice Chairman of the Jilin Writers Association and advisor to the expedition team, Mi Tingting, New Media Manager of Toread (the team uniform sponsor), National Geographic editor Song Wen, and Luo Shujin, a member of the 1996 Anyemaqen mountaineering team.
On-site raffle prizes were provided by the sponsor, Toread.
During the team leader’s introduction segment, Lu Xi gave an overview of the original intentions behind the expedition, summarized the activities carried out, and presented discussions and reflections on the scientific research experience. The final team member introductions were both heartwarming and entertaining. Through videos and photos, the audience gained deeper insights into the members beyond their scientific work, as well as the emotions they felt and the stories they experienced. It is hoped that the expedition members will carry this scientific spirit into their future lives, remember the touching moments from the children’s clear eyes, and it is also wished that the Peking University Mountain Eagle Society Scientific Expedition Team will continue to uphold the spirit of Peking University and the ethos of the Mountain Eagle in their future scientific exploration endeavors.
