Xiangxi, located in the northwest of Hunan Province, is doubly mysterious with its towering mountains and rich legends.
The Snowflake brewery in Xiangxi lies at the southern foot of the Wuling Mountains, surrounded by deep valleys, lush forests, and the tranquil sounds of birds in the mountains.
The beer fermentation tanks are over ten meters tall, with each tank capable of holding 200 tons of beer liquid — truly spacious.
Inside the fermentation tanks, wort transforms into beer under the action of yeast.
The mountains are quiet, and the factory site is free from noise. Covering an area equivalent to 18 football fields and staffed by just over 90 employees, everyone performs their duties with ease.
