Green Field Network: The introduction of the GOLUK dash cam was really eye-opening at the time. This time, the design of CrazyPanda is also quite unique. How do you think one should create a smart hardware product that can make people scream with excitement?

Qian Jin: I believe that in this day and age, a product must truly solve users' pain points, and on top of that, it has to have something innovative—it can't just be an imitation. Many domestic brands these days simply copy others’ product designs. If their product quality isn’t as good, they compete on price, but I don’t think that’s a viable path.
To make a good product, you must first start from the user's perspective to solve their problems, put thought into the product design, and focus on the details. Another important point is having an attitude—that’s what we now call brand tone.

Green Field Network: From the playfulness of the T1 dash cam to the “playing with attitude” of CrazyPanda this time, what concept do you hope to convey to the public?

Qian Jin: As developers, we need to think more for the players. Just like a pyramid, we can’t just stay at the very top—we need to go down one level. We want them not just to use our products, but to genuinely fall in love with the atmosphere here, to join us in having fun.
      We strive for better in both appearance design and product quality, while also adding more content in operations—for example, our upcoming Panda Master Plan. As long as the videos users shoot are creative and fun enough, we’ll help promote them, letting more people get to know them, and for some influencers, even earn income. Here, our shared passion is playing. Playing is a serious matter.
