The New o_ Prefecture Tourism Association will host the “New o_ Tourism Culture Festival” at 1:00 PM on the 19th in the plaza of Beitou Metro Station in Taipei. Visitors can enjoy authentic local cuisine and Japanese sake from New o_, as well as experience the same boat ride that Chihiro took in *Spirited Away*, offering a multi-faceted taste of New o_’s travel appeal to Taiwanese audiences！

This edition of the New o_ Tourism Culture Festival will feature a unique 3D boat ride experience zone and a skiing experience zone at the venue, allowing visitors to enjoy the thrill of Chihiro’s boat ride and also try their hand at skiing.

Taiwan’s famous “Koshihikari rice” actually comes from New o_. Freshly air-flown Koshihikari rice will be cooked on-site for visitors to taste, along with popular Japanese sake brewed in New o_ available for sampling. There will also be a performance by the Sado Taiko Drum Troupe, whose powerful beats are truly awe-inspiring, plus a lucky draw event.
