On June 20, the signing ceremony for the cooperation between Country Garden Group and MGM Resorts International was held at the Country Garden headquarters in Shunde. Both parties announced that they will engage in comprehensive collaboration in brand building, product development, project construction, operations management, and more, aiming to jointly develop an international tourism resort project in Bali, Indonesia, which will include a luxury hotel.
On the day of the event, leaders from MGM Resorts International, Country Garden Group, Country Garden Overseas Business Department, Country Garden Indonesia Region, and Country Garden Phoenix International Hotels Management Company attended the signing ceremony. Representatives from both sides expressed their expectations and visions for the partnership, followed by the signing of the cooperation agreement, marking the official commencement of their collaboration.
This highly anticipated hotel project is located within the “Country Garden Bali Forest Coast,” which is Country Garden’s first project in Indonesia. It is jointly developed by Country Garden and Indonesia’s Credo Group. Situated in the core area of Bali — the Nusa Dua district — the project covers approximately 14 hectares and aims to establish itself as the premier brand for international tourism resort investment.
Country Garden Forest City Phoenix Hotel
This hotel project will be another significant overseas achievement for Country Garden Hotels following Malaysia. On December 6, 2016, the Country Garden Forest City Phoenix Hotel grandly opened in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia, becoming Country Garden’s first self-built and self-operated overseas hotel. Its second overseas hotel — the Country Garden Forest City Golf Hotel — is also set to officially open by the end of 2017. The successive launch of these overseas hotels marks a further deepening of Country Garden Hotels’ international layout.
