The Grand Opening Ceremony of Xinghua Aijia Qianduo Scenic Area
— and the Launch of the “Purple Love Qianduo – Lavender Flower Sea” Tourism Season
The Grand Opening Ceremony of Xinghua Aijia Qianduo Scenic Area and the Launch Ceremony of the “Purple Love Qianduo – Lavender Flower Sea” Tourism Season were grandly held at 10:00 AM on July 8, 2017, at the square of Xinghua Qianduo Scenic Area. The event, spanning two days, included an opening ceremony, performances of traditional culture, a scenic photo exhibition, as well as garden tours for invited leaders, tourism industry representatives, and free entry for local citizens. It aimed to promote the scenic area’s summer tourism offerings, enhance its brand image, stimulate economic growth in Xinghua's tourism sector, and support the development of all-for-one tourism in the region.
This event was hosted by Hong Kong Aijia Financial Group and organized by Xinghua Aijia Qianduo Scenic Area, with strong support from the Publicity Department of the Xinghua Municipal Committee of the CPC, the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, the Municipal Tourism Bureau, and the Guan’gu Township Government. It also invited national and provincial-level media outlets, leaders and professionals from major travel agencies, self-drive tourism associations, and wedding photography associations to attend.
The rapeseed flowers of Xinghua Qianduo Scenic Area are renowned as “the most beautiful rapeseed flower sea in China,” ranking among the world’s top four floral seas alongside the world-famous Provence lavender fields in France, the tulip fields of the Netherlands, and the cherry blossoms of Kyoto. The Qianduo Rapeseed Flower Scenic Area has earned global acclaim for its unique terraced flower sea landscape and has been designated a “Globally Important Agricultural Heritage System.” Upholding the mission to extend and deepen the brand visibility and product richness of the Qianduo floral seas, Hong Kong Aijia Group has created a year-round water-town flower sea experience. After the conclusion of the spring rapeseed season, the scenic area has transformed nearly a thousand acres of terraced flower fields into a uniquely romantic and dreamy purple ocean, centered around three cultural themes: floral culture, water-town pastoral charm, and love culture.
