The standards were established by the PCI Security Standards Council, formed by major card companies including American Express, Discover Financial Services, JCB, MasterCard, and Visa.
Kevin King, COO of Shiji, said: “This certification demonstrates Shiji’s commitment and efforts in ensuring the security of our cloud products, meeting the latest international standards of the payment card industry. It provides greater assurance to our customers that their data is secure.”
The assessment was conducted by ATSEC Information Security (www.atsec.com). ATSEC is an authoritative and certified international security evaluation organization (Qualified Security Assessor, QSA) that provides security assessment services globally. The assessment covered the evaluation of Level 1 service provider qualifications under the requirements of PCI DSS 3.2. ATSEC issued a professional report confirming that Shiji fully complies with the PCI Data Security Standard. Customers may request and obtain this report if needed.
