2018 marks a year of increasing polarization among hot pot brands. Shu Yun Shu Wei will continue to uphold China’s healthy culinary culture, leverage its unique strengths, and ride the industry wave by upgrading both services and products. By integrating the inheritance, development, and innovation of traditional Bashu hot pot culture, the brand aims to create a more branded, scaled, and internationalized dining model, contributing to China’s economic growth and bringing Chinese cuisine to the world.
