Among the existing modes of transportation, air travel is the fastest, most convenient, and most ideal option, as well as the one that offers the best personal experience. Air travel has many advantages that are hard to resist, but it also has pain points that are difficult to accept, namely high costs for ticket changes and the hassle of transfers.

As is well known, compared to other modes of transportation, airfare is generally higher due to the high operating costs of flights. However, people's dissatisfaction with expensive ticket prices is not because of this, but rather due to the unreasonable fees charged by intermediary agents. Recently, People's Daily also exposed these phenomena. One passenger who purchased a ticket through a third-party platform ended up having to pay extra when requesting a refund. The original ticket cost 925 yuan, but the refund fee was as high as 3800 yuan. Such cases are extreme examples, but the fact that agents charge excessive fees is an undeniable industry reality. In addition to high ticket prices, the hassle of transfers is also a reason why many people find air travel difficult to accept. Currently, many airlines' routes still do not cover major domestic and international cities, so people often need to use other modes of transportation to reach their flights.
To address the pain points of air travel, many airlines have made efforts in terms of ticket pricing and routes. Hainan Airlines is a great example. As one of China's four major airlines, Hainan Airlines was established early and has developed maturely, with a complete aviation industry service system. Over the years, leveraging its strong capabilities, it has continuously introduced people-friendly measures in pricing and actively engaged in service collaborations to expand flight operations. For instance, the recent addition of three direct routes from inland cities to Sydney is proof of Hainan Airlines' strength.

In terms of ticket prices, Hainan Airlines also offers relatively favorable rates, which is due to its different sales approach. Generally, airlines promote ticket sales through agency partnerships, and some agents may raise ticket prices for profit, leading to situations where agents charge unreasonably high fees. Hainan Airlines takes a different approach by selling tickets directly through its official website and encouraging passengers to purchase tickets there, thereby eliminating the agent middleman. Additionally, Hainan Airlines collaborates with certain banks to offer preferential tickets to both new and existing users, ensuring high flight occupancy rates.
In terms of service, Hainan Airlines has consistently strived to improve its service capabilities and standards, continuously expanding its route network and service coverage. Currently, Hainan Airlines' routes basically cover all major domestic and international cities, serving a wide range of passengers. Moreover, Hainan Airlines boasts a very high level of flight safety. Since 1993, it has maintained safe operations for 25 consecutive years, with a total of over 6 million safe flight hours.
It is reported that since 2011 to the present, Hainan Airlines has been awarded the title of "SKYTRAX World's Five-Star Airline" for seven consecutive years thanks to its high-quality service and years of continuous service innovation, becoming the first airline on the Chinese mainland to rank among the "SKYTRAX Top 10 Global Airlines."
