Adorable alert: New "Fennec pups" born at Leofoo Village – parents giving them lots of cuddles

Leofoo Village Theme Park in Hsinchu County has recently had double the joy, with new members joining the family even in the cold winter season.The park's widely loved 'Fennec family' has seen a boost in new arrivals — on October 26, Fennec mommy 'Lady' gave birth to triplets, followed by Fennec mommy 'Wangyou' who delivered quadruplets on November 12.The park staff conduct daily health checks on the Fennec babies, who are currently in good health. Their round bodies are smaller than a palm, and their large black eyes dart around curiously, complemented by smoky black eye circles and little black half-moon-shaped ears. As they toddle unsteadily, their adorable appearance is melting hearts.

Lin Mengzhen, a keeper taking care of the Fennecs, said that Fennecs are social animals. To not disrupt their group habits, the newborns have been living with the entire family from birth. The Fennec parents and their older siblings take turns cuddling the little ones, making the Fennec family lively and bustling. This brings extra warmth to the cold winter days. Currently, the babies are being nursed by their mother, and once they are fully weaned at around three months old, they will be ready to make their public debut.
