On August 3, Liuzhou Kerry Bay Water Park officially opened in grand style.
Liuzhou Kerry Bay Water Park is located on Jiuziling Avenue in Yufeng District, Liuzhou City. The southern section of Liudong Avenue connects it to the main urban area, and it is adjacent to the Shantou-Kunming and Liunan expressways. Covering an area of approximately 120 acres, the park was invested in by Guangxi Liuzhou Dongcheng Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. and is constructed and operated by its subsidiary, Liuzhou Dongcheng Land Development Co., Ltd.
Kerry Bay Water Park is a large-scale themed water park centered around aquatic entertainment, characterized by thematic design, and integrating water activities, cultural performances, and leisure amenities. The park is built with a romantic Mediterranean theme and divided into areas such as the Central Plaza, Sea Land City, Sea Land Fantasy, Sea Land Beach, and Sea Land Adventure. It features a dynamic surfing pool and beach, exotic stage performances, thrilling water slide adventures, a fun-filled children’s play area, a lazy river for “walking on water,” high-quality swimming pools, and SPA pools—totaling 12 attractions. The park also houses several retail shops to meet visitors’ shopping needs, with water bars located at the entrance and throughout the park, as well as the Sea Land Restaurant at the center, offering a variety of food and drinks including "Kerry Castle," beef noodles, and popular internet-famous teas. There are two parking lots outside the park, providing nearly 2,000 parking spaces.
The entire operating period of Kerry Bay Water Park is filled with exciting and diverse programs. In August, there’s the Mediterranean Bikini Carnival featuring sexy samba performances by international bikini models; September welcomes the Weekend DJ EDM Festival—where weekends become extraordinary and so does Kerry Bay, with waves in the surf pool; and October brings the Water Splash Carnival, offering visitors a unique aquatic celebration.
On August 3, to celebrate the official opening, Kerry Bay Water Park specially invited the popular group Nan Quan Mama to perform at the park.
The surrounding area of Kerry Bay Water Park offers comprehensive entertainment, dining, and accommodation options, including Colorful Star Theme Park, Liuzhou Ramada Hotel, Dongcheng Yahe Hotel, and Shishang Street, providing convenience for visitors traveling from afar.
The daytime operating hours of Kerry Bay Water Park are 11:00–21:00, with adult day tickets priced at 128 RMB per person and child day tickets at 98 RMB per person. Nighttime hours are 16:00–21:00, with adult night tickets at 108 RMB and child night tickets at 78 RMB. From August 2 to 10, visitors who purchase tickets on platforms such as Lvmama, Ctrip, Qunar, and Meituan can enjoy the opening special: an all-day pass for just 98 RMB for adults and 68 RMB for children. On the opening day, August 3, the ceremony was attended by Jiao Yaoguang, member of the Standing Committee of the Liuzhou Municipal Party Committee, head of the Propaganda Department, and vice mayor; Qiao Yihua from the Market Division of the Autonomous Region Tourism Development Commission; Tang Liping, deputy director of the Municipal Tourism Development Commission; Liu Duliang, executive deputy director of Liudong New Area; and Wei Zhong, chairman of Dongcheng Group.
