As the sharing concept becomes increasingly accepted, sharing homes has become both a business and a leisure pursuit. The warmth of homestays and their high-end aesthetic decor offer people a sense of belonging beyond everyday life. So, how do you manage your own little space on homestay-sharing platforms like Xiaozhu Short-Term Rental, Airbnb, and Tujia?...
It’s time to showcase your real advantages—your listing title should provide a strong overview that highlights the biggest selling point of your property. For example: Landmark + Private Garden + The Wonderful Moments of Urban Seclusion. It can be artistic or fresh, but don’t overpackage it. Misleading titles are like meeting an online friend only to realize the beauty filter was turned off—huge disappointment when expectations are high. In the landlord introduction section, it’s advisable to write in detail. This not only increases likability but also gives guests a sense of security and warmth, boosting the first impression. You can introduce the unique features of the property itself or combine them with your own personality and the philosophy behind sharing your home—for instance, why you started doing homestays, your feelings about it, what makes your homestay special, etc. Writing style varies from person to person, but of course, the more interesting, the better.
Overall, it’s important to combine hardware and software, creating your own distinctive features on top of industry standards. Win five-star reviews with sincere service. If you truly put in the effort, the payoff will definitely match your input.
