Outdoor activities aren't always so calm and peaceful—getting injured is quite common,
And if you're unlucky, all your precautions still can’t prevent an injury from happening,
And someone ends up lying on the ground in great pain,
Screaming and crying clearly won’t help solve the situation.
The “RICE (RICE) principle” for sports injuries is something we must remember:

R = Rest (Rest): You should immediately stop using the injured area to avoid worsening the injury due to continued bleeding and swelling.
I = Ice (Ice): The injured area should be iced for the first 48 hours, and massage, rubbing, or heat application are strictly prohibited. Ice should be applied every two to three hours for 15–20 minutes at a time. Icing helps reduce bleeding, pain, and swelling, and also relaxes the muscles.
C = Compression (Compression): The injured area should be compressed and stabilized as soon as possible to stop further bleeding. Elastic bandages can be used for wrapping, but the pressure should be moderate. If the end of the limb turns purple or feels numb, it means the wrapping is too tight and should be loosened.
E = Elevation (Elevation): The injured area should be elevated to reduce ongoing bleeding. If the injury is on an upper limb, the affected side should be raised above heart level; if on a lower limb, it’s best to keep it above pelvis level.
It’s just four simple points—
