F1 ticket countdown begins: Official buying guide revealed

Every September, the Marina Bay area in Singapore—the birthplace of the F1 Night Race—transforms into a racetrack to host the internationally acclaimed "F1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix" (Singapore F1). This year, the three-day event will take place from September 14 to 16, featuring a performance by Asian superstar Jay Chou. Additionally, from September 7 to 16, during the Singapore Grand Prix Season, numerous restaurants and bars across Singapore will offer a variety of parties and discounts. Sentosa’s Siloso Beach will also host the "Sentosa Sands Sculpture Exhibition: Marvel Edition," while Gardens by the Bay will launch special promotions tied to the race. Scoot Holidays is also offering bundled packages (flights + hotel + tickets) with early bird prices starting from SGD 28,900.

Singapore’s annual F1 race is the world’s only night street circuit event, combining city scenery, gourmet food, and music into a carnival-like experience. This year, the organizers have announced the lineup of performers, including two-time guest Asian superstar Jay Chou, as well as Dutch DJ Martin Garrix, American rock band The Killers, former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher, singer Dua Lipa, band Simply Red, American hip-hop group The Sugarhill Gang, Australian act Bjorn Again, Japanese band Sekai No Owari, Scottish band Young Fathers, DJ Joe Hahn from Linkin Park, and singer-songwriter Sampa The Great, among other internationally renowned artists.

The Singapore F1 opens ticket sales for the following sessions: Practice Day on Friday, September 14; Qualifying Day on Saturday, September 15; and the Main Race on Sunday, September 16. For the Padang Stand, single-day stand ticket prices start from SGD 128 up to SGD 388. The Padang Stand offers views of the cars speeding down St Andrew’s Road and is the most convenient location to access the Padang Stage, where you can enjoy performances by top musicians. Choosing the Pit Stand, with single-day stand tickets priced at SGD 888 (only available on Sunday), allows you to witness the drivers’ final lap and their all-out sprint for victory right at the finish line. Opting for the Bay Stand, with single-day stand ticket prices starting from SGD 108 up to SGD 208, lets you watch the drivers racing past Marina Bay and toward the stands—an iconic scene on the Singapore circuit.

Alternatively, racing fans can choose the general admission walking zones: Zone 4, with single-day ticket prices ranging from SGD 78 to SGD 188; and the Premier Walking Zone, with single-day ticket prices ranging from SGD 128 to SGD 388. For those who wish to experience all three days of the event, three-day stand or walking zone packages are available, starting from SGD 268.

In addition to the Singapore F1 race, which draws attention every September, the city’s famous nightlife, rich culinary offerings, and attractions are equally captivating. From September 7 to 16, during the Singapore Grand Prix Season, themed F1 events are held at specialty restaurants and bars. Visit 1-Altitude Sky Bar to enjoy music by internationally renowned DJs, take in the 360-degree panoramic view from 282 meters above sea level, and watch the F1 race. Other options include the world-class celebrity fashion party Amber Lounge, post-race parties at The Podium Lounge exclusive to drivers, where you can mingle with celebrities, Formula One racers, and other stars, or dine at CÉ LA VI on the rooftop of Marina Bay Sands.
