Recently, the rice fields have matured and turned golden, with many breathtaking golden waves of rice on display. Hsinchu County’s Zhudong area, known for its premium citrus fruits and rice production, recently held the “2018 Zhudong Fragrant Citrus Festival,” which not only showcased a variety of citrus products but also created a massive 600-ping rice field maze in the Yuanshan area of Zhudong Town, making it a great summer outing option for families.

Located at the intersection of Lane 250, Xiaiyuanshan Road, and Section 1, Gongdao 5th Road, in Zhudong Town, this rice field maze covers nearly 600 ping of farmland. With rice stalk barriers about one meter high, it's a playful spot for both adults and children to enjoy hide-and-seek, perfect for family challenges.

This huge rice field maze made its debut during the Zhudong Rice Field Carnival late last year, attracting many visitors to experience it and quickly becoming a popular photography spot. It has reopened this year, and adventure-loving travelers shouldn’t miss it.
