Not just Sushiro has arrived—Xinpu Big City’s new mall is a food paradise

After 18 months of renovation, the commercial extension “Creative Building” next to Big City Far Eastern Mega City Mall has made a grand debut on Minquan Road. Aiming to combine business opportunities, quality, and image, it is set to create top-tier, all-age services in the Taoyuan–Zhubei–Miaoli area. The venue has also attracted many renowned F&B brands, including Sushiro and Dian Dian Xin.

Big City Far Eastern Mega City Mall combines department store, AEON, city’super, and Far EasTone to create Taiwan’s first San Francisco-themed landscape. Since 2012, it has consistently achieved outstanding operational results. The newly opened Creative Building is set to elevate its all-age services to an even higher level.

The first phase of the Creative Building spans from the 1st to the 4th floor, with the retail area expanded to 2,500 ping. Post-renovation, the number of brands has increased by over 700. Among them, F&B outlets account for 10%, and the number of available dining seats has risen to 4,600. Meanwhile, the mall has introduced a diverse range of brands, as well as offering the largest number of parking spaces for both cars and motorcycles in Zhubei—3,000 spots each—with parking discounts.

The Creative Building brings in numerous well-known F&B brands, including the Japanese conveyor belt sushi king “Sushiro” on the 2nd floor, the Xinpu-exclusive “Mo-Mo-Paradise” all-you-can-eat sukiyaki specialty store on the 4th floor, and the Hong Kong dim sum shop “Dian Dian Xin,” which has been ranked among the world’s top 101 best restaurants.

Additionally, highlights of the Big City Creative Building’s opening include Taiwan’s first intergenerational public welfare space “Baby Boomers Club Sanheyuan,” and the 9-meter-high, approximately 250-ping indoor space “Creative Hall” on the 1st floor. Breaking away from the conventional department store model, the space will continue to invite various groups to perform at the Creative Hall.
