1. France – The Lyon Mural
The Lyon Mural is a large-scale artwork located in Lyon, France, at the corner of 49 Quai Saint-Vincent on the banks of the Saône River in the 1st arrondissement, and 2 Rue de Matignon. It depicts 24 historical and 6 contemporary figures from Lyon. Covering an area of about 800 square meters, the mural was created between 1994 and 1995. One of its highlights is the architectural lighting.
