Following the success of popular restaurants such as Bakuyotei – Wagyu Lobster King Crab Hotpot Specialty Shop and MIRUKU Hokkaido Milk Hotpot, the Bakuyen Group has once again launched a new brand for 2018: the “Nikunikuyama” sukiyaki restaurant and the “Met Master” ingredient market, introducing a new dining concept that combines a marketplace with a restaurant.

The business not only established a cross-industry brand but also introduced a new dining model integrating a market and a restaurant. It has officially opened in the Third Creative Living Park, adding a new highlight to the food scene there. Nikunikuyama emphasizes the highest meat quality, the best broth, and the ultimate value for money, with six types of premium meats available unlimited.

Not only are the meats rigorously selected, but a secret broth recipe has also been developed. In addition to the familiar Japanese-style sukiyaki, three other types of broths are offered. The interior design and dish presentation also break away from the conventional Japanese style, featuring a large number of plants paired with an American aesthetic.
