Limited release alert: Japanese convenience stores team up with GODIVA to launch new chocolate desserts

Japan’s leading convenience store chain LAWSON has recently unveiled two brand-new limited-edition desserts — “Chocolate Cake Roll” and “Raw Chocolate Daifuku” — to commemorate the one-year anniversary of its collaboration with world-renowned chocolate brand GODIVA. The iconic and wildly popular “Cake Roll” from LAWSON convenience stores also makes an appearance in this collaboration. Made with rich cocoa, the soft chocolate sponge cake is covered in smooth chocolate mousse and topped with cocoa powder for a delightful layered flavor.

Another standout is the “Raw Chocolate Daifuku,” which has captured widespread attention as the first-ever Japanese-style dessert created under the LAWSON × GODIVA collaboration. This daifuku, dusted with cocoa powder, combines layers of chocolate mousse and chocolate sauce to deliver three distinct cocoa flavors. One bite fills your mouth and nose with rich chocolate flavor, spreading pure happiness.
