Meanwhile, Typhoon Ewiniar (international name: EWINIAR), No. 4, made landfall near Guangzhou, China, on the evening of the 7th. Its surrounding cloud systems have also impacted Taiwan. Rain is expected across Taiwan starting Sunday and will continue through Tuesday.
