Sweden's Arctic Icehotel Opens – Solar-Powered and Open Year-Round

One of the most anticipated things each season is seeing what amazing ice-sculpted rooms the Swedish Icehotel has unveiled, and this year is no exception. Artists from around the world continue to delight travelers.
According to the UK’s Daily Mail, the new Icehotel 365 is set to open, featuring 20 exhibition spaces, an ice bar serving champagne and drinks, as well as an ice gallery.

Powered by solar energy to maintain low temperatures, the new ice hotel will no longer be limited to winter—travelers can check in all year round. It includes 55 suites and will open on December 16.
