Dubbed "flawlessly delicious," the Aposo dessert shop has recently surged in popularity. Its flagship store is located in Sanxia District, New Taipei City, and it has now expanded to 7 locations across Taiwan. Its thick, rich, and aromatic cheese is a favorite among many dessert lovers. For those who love the wafer base at the bottom of the cheese, the "Infinite Cheese Cake" not only has a wafer layer at the bottom but extends to the sides and surface as well, offering a crispy texture with just the right level of sweetness and richness. And here comes the highlight — the cheese ingredients are sourced from different regions, including New Zealand and Hokkaido, Japan. The cheese has a smooth and delicate cross-section and a substantial texture, making it perfect for fans of dense, rich cheese.

Recently, the matcha series products have become extremely popular. Enjoying both matcha and cheese in one bite naturally brings immense happiness. Speaking of the shop’s name, there’s quite a story behind it. The shop was jointly founded by three Christians. Behind the Aposo store is the number 2035 — it’s not someone’s phone number, but refers to Acts (Apostle) chapter 20, verse 35 in the Bible: “I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’” This also symbolizes the brand spirit of Aposo.
