Located near Zhongshan Junior High School Station in Taipei, Chumi Coffee features a simple interior design with a bright and spacious environment. It offers many healing-themed desserts, the most famous being the round Totoro-shaped cheese cake that draws in visitors with its cute factor. Its rich flavor melts hearts, and there are also various adorable animal-shaped desserts that are almost too cute to eat — all are available in limited daily quantities. In addition, the café has a wide variety of meal options, whether you’re looking for a light bite or something more filling.

Rational & Emotional Café
With limited seating, the café has a Japanese countryside vibe that feels as homely as being at home. The corners are decorated with many cute little items. The owner is skilled in 3D latte art, and one of the signature drinks is the “8-cat 3D latte art hot milk tea,” where the cats look almost ready to jump out of the cup, each with different expressions — absolutely adorable. Other latte art includes Hello Kitty and Gudetama. The owner can make almost any pattern you can think of. The menu includes all-day light meals like sandwiches, pancakes, and thick toast at affordable prices — very budget-friendly.
