New Taipei's Only Super Giant Screen Theater Hall – A New Landmark for Shopping and Cinema Opens

New Taipei’s first shopping-cinema complex in Shulin District, “Showtime Life Shulin Store,” grandly opened on May 26. The cinema includes 11 flagship theaters and New Taipei’s only super giant screen hall, with special all-day movie tickets priced at just NT$99 during the opening period.

The Showtime Cinema Shulin branch within the mall has created the largest super giant screen in New Taipei City, with a screen nearly five stories tall. Additionally, there are vendors selling crispy chicken outside the cinema, and the ticketing area is conveniently located on the first floor. Since the soft opening, the venue has been bustling with visitors.

Showtime Life Shulin Store is designed with a Nordic forest theme inspired by the “Shulin” area. Each floor houses a variety of shops including popular cosmetics brands, international fashion retailers, flagship sports stores, and themed dining options. In addition to Shulin’s first UNIQLO and MUJI stores, the complex also offers a cozy little library with 100,000 books—perfect for family outings.
