The Baby Wen family is back to recommend another picnic spot. This time, they’re in Taoyuan at the Shiguan Management Bureau next to the Shimen Reservoir. There’s a huge natural grassy area, shaded by trees on both sides, with convenient parking and restrooms. It’s one of the top picnic spots in the Taoyuan area. Join the Baby Wen (bobowin) family as they conquer picnic spots all over Taiwan.

Exit at Daxi Interchange or Longtan Interchange and head toward Shimen. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the Shiguan Management Bureau. From afar, you can see plenty of kites flying in the sky. It’s recommended to bring a picnic mat, snacks, drinks, kites, and balls. Biking isn’t suitable here, so no need to bring one.
