BBQ Meets Ramen: Mediquin & Nagi Unveil Two Limited-Edition "Mediking" Ramen

For the first time ever, two countries, two major brands, and two chefs join forces—American restaurant Mediquin and Japan’s tonkotsu ramen Nagi collaborate to launch two limited-edition "Mediking" ramen that blend American and Japanese culinary elements. Available exclusively at all Q'iang Nagi (Nagi) tonkotsu ramen outlets across Taiwan from the evening of December 16 through December 25.

Continuously launching limited-edition "Kings" is the signature feature of Q'iang Nagi (Nagi) tonkotsu ramen. This collaboration with Mediquin introduces two versions of the Mediking for customers to choose from. The first comes in a traditional soup format, using Q'iang Nagi’s tonkotsu broth and exclusive noodles, topped with Mediquin’s signature smoked-flavor secret oil, layered with Mediquin’s famous brisket and classic toppings, and finished with a scoop of the exclusive "Medik Red King Ball" infused with Mediquin’s classic pickled chili. The second is served dry-style, featuring Q'iang Nagi’s exclusive noodles, Mediquin’s smoked-flavor secret oil, diced Mediquin brisket and classic toppings, crowned with a raw egg yolk and drizzled with Mediquin’s BBQ sauce.
