The Peanuts comic strip has a huge global fan base. In addition to the newly opened SNOOPY-themed hotel in Kobe this summer, Japan is home to many other SNOOPY attractions, including themed museums, cafés, and restaurants. Fans of Snoopy might want to plan a trip around visiting these spots.

1. Kobe – Snoopy Hotel
Japan’s first-ever Snoopy-themed hotel, “PEANUTS HOTEL,” will open in Kobe on August 1. In addition to 18 themed suites, the hotel also features a themed café. Each floor and suite is thoughtfully designed, inspired by different comics, creating a unique experience.

2. Tokyo – Snoopy Museum
Located in Roppongi, the Snoopy Museum not only displays original Peanuts comics but also features early works by creator Charles Schulz, as well as rare vintage merchandise. In addition to the “BROWN'S STORE” filled with souvenirs, the attached SNOOPY-themed café offers a rich menu with characters from the Peanuts comics appearing on the dishes.

3. Tokyo – PEANUTS Café
PEANUTS Café is located by the Meguro River in Tokyo. Housed in a standalone two-story building, its decor is themed around the American West Coast, which has strong ties to “Peanuts.” The first floor mainly serves as a café space, featuring fun comics paired with vibrant neon lights.
