Every May, roses burst into bloom in South Korea, marking one of the most romantic seasons of the year. With tens of thousands of roses flowering, the views are both grand and romantic. Special events are also held during this time, which are perfect not just for couples to snap photos, but also for families to enjoy together.

1. Seoul Grand Park Rose Festival
Seoul Grand Park is a renowned flower-viewing destination in South Korea. In addition to roses in a wide variety of colors, there are also many unique landscape features. Moreover, the park includes an amusement park, a zoo, and an art gallery. Visitors can not only stroll through the rose garden, but also enjoy a range of cultural activities.

2. Ulsan Grand Park Rose Festival
The Ulsan Grand Park Rose Festival is held in a 56,714-square-meter rose garden, featuring a variety of specially prepared activities and beautiful landscapes. Here, you can witness the romantic sight of 60,000 roses in full bloom, especially as the park cultivates a large number of rare and noble rose varieties on a grand scale.

3. Seoul Rose Festival
The annual Seoul Rose Festival in May is held at locations including the Jungnangcheon Rose Tunnel, Jungnang Sports Park, Surimdae Rose Park, Mokdongcheon Rose Park, along the Jungnangcheon Road area, and the Rose Fountain Park. Among them, the Jungnangcheon Rose Tunnel stretches 5 kilometers in length. The event is grand in scale and concludes with a fireworks and light show.
