In Taoyuan City’s Pingzhen District lies such a hidden gem that has been in operation for 10 years. Originally a golf course covering approximately 12,000 square meters, it was transformed into a restaurant while retaining expansive green fields, ponds, sand pits, an island in the lake, small bridges, and lush trees—making it an ideal location for couples aspiring to a foreign-style grassland wedding.

The restaurant features a design with large floor-to-ceiling glass windows. On sunny days, sunlight pours in, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The menu includes international cuisine and afternoon tea, with seating areas offering views of the lake or the grassy fields. What excites many women even more is the white piano inside Green Wind Boutique Shop ! Sitting in front of the piano, any photo you take will look incredibly elegant. After your meal, you can stroll along the bald cypress path, lie on the lush green grass and gaze at the blue sky and white clouds, or feed fish by the pond—offering a truly healing experience.

At Green Wind Prairie, beautiful scenery and thoughtfully designed garden corners are everywhere—you can’t go wrong with any photo, as if stepping into an urban paradise. The charming views have also attracted several idol dramas to film here. When night falls and the lights come on, the entire building shines like a sparkling jewel.

It’s slightly disappointing that the venue plans to undergo renovations in the first half of next year (it will still remain open), and the area will be reduced to one-third of its current size—therefore, pets will no longer be allowed.
