This year, “Grandma’s Mixed Noodles,” which was favored by renowned American food blogger Hans Lienesch and ranked seventh in the Global Top 10 Instant Noodles, has opened its first physical store, “Grandma’s Mixed Noodles Guanmiao Noodle Speciality Shop,” in Da’an District, Taipei City. The store has launched over ten creative noodle dishes for the first wave, including dry noodles, soup noodles, and dumplings, all based on handmade sun-dried Guanmiao noodles. Since its opening, it has attracted many foodies to make a pilgrimage and taste the globally certified mixed noodles.

In addition to various creative noodle dishes, the Grandma’s Mixed Noodles Guanmiao Noodle Speciality Shop offers each dish paired with three types of noodles — Guanmiao knife-cut noodles, thin noodles, and ramen — for varied textures. This year’s globally ranked “Old Chengdu Dan Dan Noodles” is also on the menu, along with the popular “Sichuan Spicy Hotpot Beef Noodles with Half Tendon and Half Meat” and “Cuttlefish Dongpo Pork Mixed Noodles.” The store also offers a variety of customizable options with multiple toppings to choose from, and for mixed noodles, customers can select from a range of egg styles including onsen tamago, soft-boiled egg, and sunny-side up, allowing everyone to create their own perfect bowl.
