Daytime blooming tung blossoms and nighttime scenic views at Chiayi’s popular container house landscape restaurant

Located in Chiayi, the Happiness Hill landscape restaurant is built by combining container houses with glass windows. The park features vast green spaces and a 270-degree open view, offering breathtaking scenery both day and night. It's a popular destination for families and couples.

Although not far from downtown Chiayi, the restaurant still offers an atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, resembling a green container wonderland tucked away in the mountains.

The upper floor of the container house houses a café and dessert shop, while the lower level is a cultural and creative exhibition space and art gallery. The area is surrounded by plenty of greenery, perfectly blending into the surrounding natural environment and becoming a popular photo spot in Chiayi.

Every April when the tung blossom season arrives, Yuannlinzi Community at the border of Chiayi County and City sees nearly 500 tung trees in full bloom, attracting a large number of visitors to admire the flowers.

Yuannlinzi is the southernmost tung blossom viewing spot in Taiwan, and because it is close to the city, visitors can enjoy the beauty of blooming tung trees without venturing deep into the mountains.
