The gloomy Monday workday is a painful start for every office worker and student. After the carefree freedom of the holidays, the days of dragging yourself out of bed early in the morning are back again. Still feeling down about the weekly struggle? To lift everyone's spirits, the chain coffee brand Starbucks is flashing a limited-time “Monday Workday Buddy Share” promotion to give you a little happy moment even on the most depressing Mondays.

Say goodbye to the Monday blues. On Monday, April 16, Starbucks is launching a flash “Monday Workday Buddy Share” promotion. Just buy two identical drinks (same size / hot or iced / flavor) at any Starbucks store between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM on the day of the event, and you’ll get one of them free.

This promotion excludes airport stores, high-speed rail station stores, Longmen stores, 101 Boutique stores, Daying stores, and drive-thru services. Each person can get a maximum of two free drinks with every two purchased, and it is not applicable to delivery or pre-orders. But it’s still great news for regular office workers and students — use Starbucks drinks to beat the Monday blues now.
