Seven-meter-tall giant slide at Lucky Grassland scenic area – a great family-friendly destination

Children’s Day is approaching, and parents looking to take their kids out have a new free spot to explore. Located in the Greater Taipei Metropolitan Park in Sanchong, New Taipei City, a brand-new “Lucky Grassland Slide” has been created by integrating the terrain of the flood prevention embankment. The slide stands 7 meters tall and is designed with colorful four-leaf clovers as inspiration, creating a vibrant landscape that has become a popular new destination for family outings.

In addition to the eye-catching 7-meter-tall slide, this playground also features a variety of play facilities such as terrazzo slides, climbing nets, climbing blocks, and three-dimensional floating balls. Set along the green embankment, it is the only playground in northern Taiwan that integrates the terrain of a flood prevention embankment. It creatively breaks away from traditional design concepts by using colorful four-leaf clovers as the landscape design element, adding a splash of color. It not only allows children to safely explore and enjoy playful fun but also lets adults relive the joy of their childhood.

The “Lucky Grassland Slide” in the Greater Taipei Metropolitan Park is located next to the Sanchong Station of the Airport MRT. Not only is it easily accessible, but the playground area also includes a picnic grass zone nearby, providing adults with a place to relax while the kids have fun. It is the perfect family-friendly destination during the Qingming holiday period.

1. Take the Taoyuan Airport MRT line and exit via Exit 1A at Sanchong Station (A2)

2. Take the Taipei MRT Zhonghe-Xinlu Line, exit at Sanchong Station Exit 1, cross Shuhong East Road, and pass over the embankment to arrive

3. Take the Taipei MRT Zhonghe-Xinlu Line, use the elevator or escalator inside Sanchong Station to transfer directly to the Taoyuan Airport MRT line, then exit via Exit 1A
