The “2018 Taoyuan Agricultural Expo” is set to kick off on Children’s Day, April 4, running for 40 days. Themed “Play in Taoyuan, Savor the Expo,” this year’s event will feature six major themed zones and as many as 25 exhibition halls, connected with surrounding featured attractions to create a brand-new, fun and photogenic agricultural expo.

The Taoyuan Agricultural Expo has planned six major themed exhibition areas, including a smart technology zone, a featured industries zone, a cultural and creative arts zone, a local life zone, a multicultural zone, and an environmental sustainability zone. Among them, there’s not only the nation’s first giant “green maze” built with vertical plant walls, but also a massive “bubble tea” landscape installation art themed around tea—guaranteed to deliver endless photo opportunities.

In addition, to promote surrounding featured attractions, the Taoyuan Agricultural Expo has specially curated eco-tourism routes, launching special mini-travel itineraries such as tea farm visits, hipster strolls, ancient trail adventures, factory tours, and DIY craft experiences—offering a fresh holiday travel option.
