Taipei Michelin Guide was unveiled on March 14. Alongside the complete list of 20 starred restaurants, as well as Bib Gourmand and Michelin Plate listings, the guide also highlights several street food spots — such as Yamaguchi Chicken from the Nanjing Airport Night Market and Ah Hui Rice Vermicelli from Shilin Night Market — all at wallet-friendly prices, often under $10. You can enjoy Michelin-recommended eats without breaking the bank.
