Every March and April marks the peak blooming period of calla lilies in Yangmingshan. Zhuzihu boasts uniquely favorable climatic conditions and an abundant supply of clean mountain spring water, making it the ideal environment for growing calla lilies. Each early spring, vast fields of white calla lilies come into full bloom, and strolling through the flower fields amidst the misty ambiance creates a truly atmospheric experience.

Visitors can start their journey from the distant view of the misty Donghu (Top Lake) at Xiaoyoukeng, then loop around the Donghu Circular Streamside Trail. They will pass by the newly completed Yangming Creek Streamside Trail, where the creek is lined with naturally arranged stones of varying sizes, resembling a wild mountain stream. Lining both sides are cherry blossom trees, green maples, and Taiwan acacia, offering visitors moments close to the water. The trail meanders uphill to connect with the Seven Star Mountain Separated Pedestrian and Vehicle Path, while at other times winding through the woods—creating a highly pleasant landscape.
