Spring is the season when flowers bloom in full splendor across Taiwan, with pink cherry blossoms, golden tabebuia, and fiery red kapok flowers adorning the landscape. Here are Taiwan’s flower sea avenues—each a breathtaking sight filled with fantasy, perfect for visitors to enjoy during holidays with photos and flower viewing.

1. New Taipei – Tamsui Wisteria Café Garden
The Wisteria Café Garden in Tamsui District, New Taipei City, is hailed as the most beautiful wisteria garden in Taiwan. Its biggest highlight is the wisteria arbor, where vast seas of purple wisteria flowers climb along the corridor, creating a stunning purple tunnel. The purple petals of the wisteria fall like rain, creating a romantic, dreamy scene straight out of a fairy tale.

2. Changhua – Fenyuan Treasure Temple
Fenyuan Treasure Temple is a third-grade historic site in Changhua. Known for its bustling incense offerings, it is a popular local temple and spiritual center, ranked alongside Lukang Longshan Temple, Nantou Bishan Rock, Shekou Qingshui Rock, and Huatan Husan Rock, collectively known as the “Three Rocks and Two Temples.” It features a nearly 2-kilometer-long tabebuia-lined road that transforms into a beautiful golden avenue when in full bloom. Netizens praise this rare spectacle that spectacularly blooms once every three years.

3. Changhua – Qiaoyi Elementary School
Located in Xizhou, Changhua, Qiaoyi Elementary School boasts a golden tabebuia-lined avenue stretching for dozens of kilometers. In spring, hundreds of tabebuia trees on both sides of the road burst into bloom, creating a magnificent view too grand for any camera lens to fully capture. Visitors can also head to the overpass outside the school to admire the beauty of the golden avenue from above.

4. Changhua – Dongluo Stream Kapok and Chinaberry Tree Bicycle Path
Along the Dongluo Stream in Changhua lies a striking “flame tunnel”—a continuous kapok flower path stretching over 1 kilometer. It’s perfect for cycling beneath the fiery sea of blooms, allowing you to quietly soak in the delightful scenery.
