It feels like stepping into a fairyland—this spring must-visit sea of flowers spans six hectares

Located at the Zhongshe Sightseeing Flower Market in Houli, Taichung, the park features a vast 6-hectare flower sea where vibrant blooms of different seasons flourish year-round, including cosmos, yellow cosmos, tulips, salvia, scarlet sage, sunflowers, roses, and colorful flower fields. Spring is especially a season of blooming splendor, offering flower-loving visitors a visual feast as if attending a floral carnival.

Currently in full bloom are various fresh-colored lilies, purple irises, romantic purple salvia, scarlet sage, large delphiniums, foxgloves, roses, and cockscomb flowers. Tulips are nearing the end of their season, with only about 10,000 remaining.

Besides flower viewing and photography, the Zhongshe Flower Market also offers a variety of art installations for visitors to take pictures and check in. The scenic designs feature distinct layers and vibrant, three-dimensional colors, including double-heart motifs, the Bell of Happiness, Rainbow Chapel, and Zhongshe Flower Dolls. These elements create diverse moods and, when combined with floral artistry, present the most beautiful sea of blossoms.
