Taipei Michelin Guide Announced！Full List of 20 Starred Restaurants

The highly anticipated Taipei edition of the Michelin Guide was unveiled at 13:00 on March 14th at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Regarded as the red bible of gastronomy, the Michelin Guide is highly valued by both industry professionals and consumers. A gala dinner was held on the evening of the announcement, and prior to the release, nine restaurants had already announced their invitations to the dinner, effectively declaring their selection as Michelin-starred establishments.

These nine are the Mandarin Oriental Hotel’s Cantonese restaurant, Yä Regency; L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon; The Guest House at Sheraton Taipei; Tian Xiang Lou at Ambassador Hotel; The Banquet at Sheraton Taipei; Godfather Steak; Jin Peng Lai; Ryusen Sushi (Long?); and La Cocotte by Fabien Verge. Other highly anticipated restaurants include RAW, MUME, Din Tai Fung, and Shin Yeh.
