Abbey Road Studios is located on Abbey Road in London. The building was originally a church constructed in 1831. Due to its spacious and excellent acoustics, it was purchased by the British record company EMI in 1931 for use as a recording studio. Since then, it has become the birthplace of many great musical works, including the soundtracks for Star Wars and the James Bond films, and has also transformed into one of the world’s most famous landmarks. Abbey Road itself has become one of the most iconic streets.

In addition to The Beatles recording albums here, their 11th album was even named Abbey Road. The zebra crossing featured on the album cover is also located on Abbey Road.
