Singapore Airlines A380 adds Zurich route, offering luxury and charm in the watch capital

Following destinations such as Sydney, London, Tokyo, Paris, Melbourne, and Hong Kong, Singapore Airlines' Airbus A380 has added a new route to Zurich. This is the seventh destination served by the A380 and the third A380 European destination. Starting from March 28 this year, passengers can enjoy the luxurious and comfortable service of the A380 on their way to Switzerland.

Zurich, renowned for its frequent appearances on the World's Most Livable Cities list, boasts a vibrant and distinctive cultural life. Its modern commercial streets still retain a touch of classical European charm, combining the essence of tradition and modernity. Currently, Singapore Airlines operates 12 weekly flights between Singapore and Zurich using Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. After switching to the A380 on March 28, the route will be upgraded to a daily Singapore-Zurich service.

The Singapore Airlines A380 features unique first-class private suites that offer spacious interiors with sliding doors for optimal privacy. The seats are upholstered in top-grade Poltrona Frau leather, adjustable to various angles for maximum comfort, and some even come with fully flat beds. Business Class offers the widest seats in its class, each with direct aisle access and easily convertible into spacious lie-flat beds. Economy Class provides passengers with ergonomically designed, state-of-the-art seats, more legroom, and personalized amenities.

Flight SQ346 will depart from Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 at 01:10 daily and arrive in Zurich at 08:00 the same morning. The return flight SQ345 will depart Zurich at 12:00 noon and arrive in Singapore at 06:05 the next morning.
