Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, Dongpo Pork – The Chef’s Festive Feast Is Here!

Likewise, the top-tier “Yunxiang Premium Dongpo Pork” replaces thickening agents with natural ingredients like chicken feet, pork skin, and glutinous rice, prioritizing health in both ingredients and cooking. The 6-person portion is priced at NT$888, and comes with a free premium clay pot. Buy both signature dishes together for a special price of NT$3,688. In addition, Hualien Chung Shin Hotel not only offers brand festive meals, but also provides a 6-person takeout service for its festive set, featuring 6 dishes and 1 soup for NT$3,988. The Chinese restaurant has also launched a la carte festive takeout options, including 10 festive dishes for customers to choose from: “Cuttlefish Roe Platter,” “Premium Eight-Treasure Jar,” “Healthy Mushroom & Black Chicken Pot,” “Sakura Shrimp Taro Cake,” “Grilled Eel Glutinous Rice,” “Imperial Braised Pork Ribs,” “Healthy Medicinal Shrimp,” “Braised Seafood Delight,” “Scallion Oil Giant Grouper,” and “Taro Paste with Eight Treasures.” Each dish serves 10 people. The takeout promotion runs from February 13 to February 18 (the fifth day of the Lunar New Year).
