EAST, a new hotel under The Upper House brand, has opened, offering Hong Kong Harbour views from just HK$988 per night

Following the openings of The Opposite House in Beijing and The Upper House at Pacific Place in Hong Kong, The Upper House brand’s new lifestyle business hotel, EAST, grandly debuted earlier this year, alongside a uniquely creative new bar and restaurant.
