August is the season of Qixi Valentine's Day, and Pingxi Township offers a unique getaway!“2010 Love Connects Qixi · Shifen Beauty” is calling for couples to submit their sweet photos taken in Pingxi. The top three winners will receive shopping vouchers, and the public can also join the Top 10 Featured Attractions Photography Event and the Romantic Nighttime Concert to spend a joyful Qixi together.

The submission period for the “2010 Love Connects Qixi · Shifen Beauty” online event runs until August 30. Both couple photos and wedding portraits are welcome. On August 14, focusing on the “Love Paradise, Perfect Shots in Pingxi” Top 10 Attractions, the organizers will provide fun props for couples to take photos together. Professional photographers will be on-site to capture your happiest moments. The first 77 couples will also receive a love sky lantern, a DVD of their exclusive images, and a souvenir gift. Don’t miss this rare opportunity — couples are welcome to join in.

The Romantic Nighttime Concert creates a dreamy atmosphere, where a giant heart-shaped sky lantern will be launched for the first time. Couples can make wishes in front of the lantern and look forward to walking together for a long, long time.
