“Cassia” is the name of a type of cinnamon spice, and the restaurant’s design draws inspiration from ancient Chinese spice trade routes as well as the surrounding seas of Singapore. The Chinese cuisine is prepared with respect for tradition, blending Cantonese techniques with traditional cooking methods from across China. The ingredients are fresh – main dishes include boneless soy sauce roasted duck, American kurobuta crispy pork belly, Indonesian lobster, Chilean sea bass, and blanched raw shrimp. For dim sum, options include abalone dumplings, kurobuta buns, foie gras chicken, and wasabi-mayo shrimp dumplings, along with a set menu paired with premium wines.

The restaurant’s design was crafted by renowned architectural firm AFSO, using warm tones such as lilac, mineral grey, and copper to create a relaxed, travel-inspired ambiance. With high privacy and layered spaces, the cozy environment exudes elegant Chinese artistic style.
