Hong Kong catering group AQUA celebrates its 10th anniversary with a “Global Feast” of gourmet delights
The Aqua restaurant group, with 20 creative and premium fashion restaurants in Hong Kong, London, and Beijing, is marking its 10th anniversary with the “Global Feast” gourmet celebration. Themed “Ten Years, Ten Chefs, Ten Dishes,” the event showcases Aqua’s culinary philosophy. Celebrations kicked off before 10/10 at seven of its restaurants, offering customers special discounts and souvenirs.

The “Global Feast” features international cuisines crafted by ten chefs of diverse nationalities, including dishes from Italy, Japan, Thailand, Spain, China, and France. Guests can enjoy exquisitely prepared delicacies such as Kobe beef tenderloin, garden eel, Akashi octopus, and Adriatic deep-sea scallops. Participating restaurants include the flagship Aqua on Austin Road, the Chinese restaurant Hutong, Hullett House in Tsim Sha Tsui, the Japanese restaurant Wasabi at Times Square, the Thai eatery Ayuthaiya, YunFu on Wyndham Street, and Vivo on Elgin Street.
A decade ago, Aqua started with just 20 staff members. It has since grown into a culinary empire with 20 avant-garde restaurants across Hong Kong, London, and Beijing, serving 700,000 customers annually and employing 560 team members. Aqua remains committed to using the freshest, highest-quality ingredients to highlight the true essence of each dish, presented with refined and eye-catching aesthetics. Each restaurant boasts a distinct décor style, breaking away from traditional concepts and immersing diners in a fashionable ambiance—a hallmark of the Aqua group.
