Hong Kong's annual National Day fireworks display will take place on October 1. To mark the occasion, SEVVA, a restaurant located atop Prince's Building in Central, proudly presents a gourmet snack menu, offering viewers more diverse choices.
The gourmet snacks will be served before the fireworks show, from 8:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Krug Grande Cuvée champagne. The six exquisite snacks include homemade signature sushi, Spanish Iberico ham with persimmon, Scottish smoked salmon, crispy crab meatballs, foie gras with onion marmalade, and Vietnamese fresh spring rolls.
Additionally, SEVVA will present a Mid-Autumn Festival menu on September 22, reinterpreting traditional dishes in a contemporary style. The flavor platter includes a variety of beloved appetizers, such as SEVVA’s signature salad, Boston lobster in white cream sauce with French crêpes, French-style fried crab meatballs, and Spanish Iberico ham with persimmon (HK$420). The menu also features porcini and lobster salad (HK$320), poached Boston lobster with steamed egg white (HK$450), mustard greens and edamame braised with perch (HK$340), and roast duck with sweet onions and radish (HK$320). Other delicacies include asparagus and truffle with Italian pasta (HK$280); and the most luxurious dish is the flame-grilled Wagyu with butter-poached Boston lobster (HK$750).

Vivian Kwok also describes the dishes at SEVVA as having Hong Kong’s “genetic code”: a fusion of traditional Asian cuisine and Western fine dining, combined with her personal travel experiences and other inspirations.
