The Republic of China turns 100！Celebrate with the Centennial Birthday Parade

The “Happy Birthday March: A Grand Parade of a Century’s Glory” National Day float parade will take place on October 10 (Sunday) from 14:00 to 18:00. The parade route will start at Taipei’s Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, proceed along Ren’ai Road, and end at the National Father Memorial Hall. The event will feature 35 dazzling floats and nearly 20 performance troupes, including dignified marching bands, the internationally renowned Electronic Three Princes, the Jiutian Folk Arts Troupe’s Knight Brigade showcasing traditional culture, COSPLAY performances from Blizzard doujinshi fans, and high-flying acrobatic acts by the National Taiwan College of Performing Arts. Together, they will present the enthusiasm and vitality of Taiwan.

As this year’s National Day falls on a holiday, commemorative handheld flags, small balloons, and temporary tattoos will be distributed along the parade route to create a festive carnival atmosphere.
